DESCRIPTION
This lovely first floor apartment is located on the most popular phase of the resort. It overlooks two fantastic swimming pools (including one for the children), a beautiful lake, the 11th and 17th holes of the golf course and the
Sierra de Carrascoy mountains in the distance.
 

Tastefully furnished for your upmost comfort & relaxation - it caters for your every need. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people. NB If your party size is more than 4 people, we can arrange additional apartments nearby.

Large balcony furnished with table, chairs, sofa & electric BBQ/grill to enable you to dine al fresco whilst enjoying the stunning views.

The apartment is fully airconditioned, has a large, airy lounge/diner equipped with chaise longue sofa, smart TV, satellite showing English & other international channels, DVD/CD player (a selection of DVDs), books, dining room table and chairs.

Bedroom 1 with your choice of comfortable king size bed or two single beds. Bedroom 2 with two comfortable single beds. Both bedrooms have doors leading to a sunny terrace overlooking lush gardens. They both also have ceiling fans, air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

Separate spacious bathroom with full-size bath, overhead shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, bidet, towel rail, hairdryer and natural day light through an arch window.

Large fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron and ironing board, etc.

 

The resort centre, golf clubhouse, restaurants, bars and supermarket are just a pleasant 5/10 minute walk away. In addition to the facilities listed below there are children's play areas, 24hr cash machine and 24hr security.

 

The apartment is cleaned before your arrival. Bed linen & towels provided. Please bring your own towels for use by beach or pool. We can arrange for extra cleaning, cots and highchairs at an additional charge.
